· Responsible for a number of key accounts including developing the customer base and implementing the sales strategy for the Energy and Infrastructure (E&I) business and deliver the optimum volume and commercial targets;
· facilitate service levels that meet or exceed customers expectations
· promote strong long term customer relationships in within the region
Position Key Responsibilities:
· implementing the E&I Sales strategy as set by the E&I National Sales Manager
· Achievement of sales turnover and margin targets for the E&I Business Unit which includes the Sales Channels of the Electricity Supply Industry (ESI), Rail, and Water Resources.
· Account management
· Account management responsibility for the Rail and Water Resources market segments.
· Monitor and follow-up Customer Quotations/Tenders and assist with timely preparation when required.
· Establish and manage a “Potential Sales Pipe-line”
· Profitable market share development within your region.
· Collection of Market and product data and relevant information for budget preparation.
· Monitoring of Outstanding Order Status against Customer expectations
· Preparation of sales forecasts
· Monitoring and managing relevant Key Customer Complaint resolution process.
· Preparation of Monthly Performance Report
· Coordination of Exhibitions and Field Days if required.
· Conduct business in a legal and Ethical Manner.
· Adhere to all environment, health & safety obligations, both legal and moral.
· Compliance with quality manual, Procedures, Policies, relevant statutory and legal requirements

Academic/Technical Qualifications |
Degree or Diploma in Engineering and/or relevant Trade Skill Candidates with relevant and excellent work experience would be considered |

Knowledge and Experience |
Experience and knowledge of: · Electricity Supply Industry, rail and mining markets a distinct advantage · Key Account Management · Selling skills |
